Private Office
From £1,039 per month
Your own space in a Fora building, designed end-to-end and ready to move into. One monthly fee covers Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, kitchens (with Caravan coffee), and use of the building's lounges and breakout space. Good for teams who want a serviced base that actually looks the part and don't want to deal with scattered extras.
Minimum: 12 months is standard. Shorter terms are sometimes available at a higher monthly rate.
FORA Owned (dedicated desk)
From £600 per person per month
Your own permanent desk inside a shared Fora workspace. You get the same desk every day, lockable storage, full access to the building's amenities. Good for individuals or very small teams who want consistency and presence without committing to a private office.
Typically 12 months. Shorter terms are sometimes available.
FORA Roam (monthly hot desk membership)
From £450 per person per month
A flexible hot desk membership that gives you access to co-working lounges across the Fora network. Turn up at any participating building, find a spot, get on with it. Works well for hybrid teams or founders who move between sites.

What's the minimum contract length at Fora?
Private offices and Fora Owned dedicated desks typically run on 12-month agreements. Shorter terms exist but tend to come with a premium. Fora Roam memberships can be more flexible. If you're negotiating a private office contract, Tally Workspace can help you push on terms.
Is Fora good for small teams?

Can I use other Fora locations once I sign up?

Are meeting rooms included with a Fora private office?
Not by default. Meeting room credits can be negotiated as part of your deal, but they must be agreed at the time of contracting. If your team is in meetings regularly, factor this in - Tally Workspace can negotiate credits on your behalf.
