This FORA building sits right in the heart of Spitalfields, close to good transport links. A large atrium with a striking staircase runs through the centre. There are lifts too. The finish throughout is premium, from the meeting rooms to the generous breakout space with decent natural light.
About Fora Spitalfields
Folgate Street is one of Fora's largest London workspaces, formed by linking two former 1964 office buildings into a single site across four floors. Fora converted the building with architects Orms, opening it in 2019 around a central atrium.
The atrium has tiered, amphitheatre-style seating and a video wall, covered by a clear ETFE roof that keeps it light and weatherproof year-round. Four gates at the street entrance carry custom script referencing Spitalfields' historic silk-weaving trade, designed by Orms' in-house artists.
Private offices range from around 2 desks up to a full floor of 85-plus, each on an all-inclusive licence covering business rates, utilities, furniture, cleaning, wifi and around-the-clock access. Offices can be combined for larger teams.
Shared amenities include a roof terrace with skyline views, an on-site gym, a café and five bookable meeting rooms, plus event space for up to 125. Membership also opens up business-hours access to Fora's other London buildings.
The most popular nearby offices for customers who like Folgate Street are Shoreditch Exchange, Fora Great Eastern Street, and Studio Shoreditch
