How did Canvas Holborn start?
"The building was acquired by the Hagag-Gaya Holdings in 2021, and we partnered with Israeli real estate giant, Eido Hagag, to deliver the ‘88 Kingsway’ you see today.
The history of the building and the ability to refurbish the ornate Victorian building which retains many of its original external features, was what excited us to deliver the project."

We have large innovative tech companies, financial solutions, travel and leisure, events, health and fitness, Energy, Media, and retail companies.
So we have a lovely blend of people coming into the building and using the space."

The building is also dog-friendly, so we often see lots of wet noses and wagging tails.
Our meeting rooms are free to use which is a real positive for our clients.
As well as the amenities, we provide a Canvas Offices app, which is used to access the building and book meeting rooms, as well as being full of benefits and information."
