FIXR came to Tally Workspace when they started their search for a new private office space back in April. They had outgrown their current office in Victoria and wanted to find a space where they could bring the whole team together.
Like many other companies Tally Workspace has helped find office space FIXR were struggling to find a large serviced office that they could really make their own. They didn't want an identikit coworking space but a workspace that felt like a home and that the team really wanted to come into.

FIXR came to Tally Workspace when they started their search for a new office space back in April. They had outgrown their current office in Victoria and wanted to find a space where they could bring the whole team together.
The team wanted to maintain the convenience of being in a managed space but were looking for something that felt more private and wasn’t within a larger coworking venue.
Tally Workspace provided FIXR with a full market overview of spaces that fitted their requirements in central London. After sending over a pack of office options, Tally Workspace helped FIXR shortlist 5 spaces to view. A 1,850 sq. ft space just off Leicester Square caught their eye. This self-contained floor was in the early stages of renovation and, due to the timing, FIXR was able to have a say in the final layout of the space.
The space is currently in the final stages of renovation and the FIXR team is excited to move in at the end of July! Tally Workspace has also put the team in touch with a company to help them move across London into their new home. Ensuring the space will be completely ready for the team on their first day.
How Tally Workspace went the extra mile
The FIXR team loved the office space but were struggling to work out how they could maximise the use of the space. Tally Workspace put FIXR in touch with an amazing workspace designer who had a call with the team to talk through how they were planning to use the space. She then came up with three different layouts for the room based on their needs and the structure of the space.
FIXR decided to go ahead with one of the office designer's plans which gave them 30 desks, 2 private meeting rooms, a semi-separate kitchen space and a great entry experience. The plans were passed back to the building managers who incorporated them into the final build and fit-out.
