Laura Beales is the Co-Founder of Tally Workspace, bringing a unique blend of financial expertise and real estate knowledge to the office space industry. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Laura began her career in finance but transitioned into commercial property after experiencing first-hand the inefficiencies and lack of transparency in the market from a customer perspective.

Frustrated by the complex and outdated processes involved in securing office space, she set out to create a more efficient and accessible solution for startup and scaleup businesses looking for a new home.

With a strong interest in artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making, Laura is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline office leasing and improve the way businesses secure workspace. She is committed to modernising the real estate sector by applying automation, financial analytics, and AI to enhance transparency and accessibility.

We’re currently a team of 14 so being in a serviced office with shared facilities gives us the best of both worlds – our private “home” but with the benefits of shared amenities like meeting rooms and regular events.
