The outside terrace here is really gorgeous, with its own bar, and the entrance is super nice too. It's great for corporate companies or anyone who's client-facing, with that amazing private members'-club feel. Offices are cool, with copper wood, exposed ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and great views, beautifully designed with colourful, unique accents. There's a gym on site.

27 Bush Lane is City Pavilion, the City of London workspace run by Pavilion inside the Cannon Green building, a refurbished tower next to Cannon Street station with a bronze glazed facade and a remodelled double-height reception.
The interiors are the draw: an industrial-chic look with exposed concrete, wooden desks, copper-toned lighting and bespoke art, including four life-size hand-cast bronze figures on the stairs by sculptor Laurence Edwards. Floor-to-ceiling windows run through the office floors.
Private offices run from around 4 desks upwards, with larger floors and a top-floor Penthouse Suite that has its own reception, dedicated meeting rooms and access-controlled lift. Offices can be combined for bigger teams.
The building also has a roughly 3,000 sq ft rooftop terrace with 360-degree City views and covered pods for use in any weather, a first-floor business lounge with its own cafe, a Buzzgym, the Drake & Morgan bar and restaurant The Listing, and a two-floor bike club with showers, lockers and an on-site repair shop.
