Built in 1963, Linley House is an eight storey building with plenty of original features to look out for, including an iconic ‘City of Manchester Electric Light Station’ sign. Located in the heart of Manchester, the building backs on to a spur of the Rochdale Canal that runs all the way to Portland Street.
