Launched for occupation in April 2021, this brand new workspace in Kingston will offer a mixture of lease types including co-working, serviced offices and managed space. The building comprises of just under 40,000 sq ft and c.13,000 sq ft will be delivered to meet the needs of flexible workspace client’s including SME’s, local businesses and corporates looking to adopt a “Hub and spoke” real estate strategy post-COVID19.

The environment was designed with wellbeing and productivity in mind which is always at the forefront of the interior design applied across all Boutique workplaces. As we navigate our way out of the pandemic, it is more important than ever to create office spaces that demand innovation and allow our client’s and their employees to thrive.
