The H.G. Wells Room is our largest Meeting and Event Space at The Mount. Featuring a theatre-style layout and state of the art 4K projector with manually controlled air conditioning, the room can hold up to 50 people in theatre style for any event types from large meetings, networking events, workshops and much more! Our team ensure you and your guests are fed and hydrated with various menus to choose from (available for pre-booked meetings).

The Rabbit Hole Venue is a dystopian themed event space perfect for team socials and corporate parties. Events can be booked Monday to Friday, starting from 5pm for up to 70 guests. Our venue is equipped with a beer tap, pool table, fuse ball, Sonos music system, dimmable lights, and ample seating, making it perfect for both intimate and large gatherings. Every booking comes with a barrel of Tarka4 beer for our self-serve tap, which is always a big hit! We also offer bespoke catering packages if requested. We are situated in the heart of Exeter just a stone's throw away from St. Sidwell's Point. In terms of location, we have all bases covered - we are close to public parking and transport links, such as the Exeter bus station and Central train station.
