How do I pay for workspace?

We use a token system for booking workspace and have two options to suit all budgets and needs.

Monthly Token Top Ups

No need to pre-purchase.
Handled automatically as part of the booking processs when there are no tokens in the team pot.

Frequently asked questions

How do I purchase tokens for my team?: You can easily purchase tokens from within your Tally Workspace account. Just visit 'Purchase Tokens' to set up your monthly token subscription or just buy a one off bundle.
What if my team needs more tokens in a certain month?: You can easily increase your monthly subscription. If you don’t want to change your subscription you can simply pay the difference at checkout when finalising a booking.
How do I add team members?: Simply go to 'My account and bookings' and then visit 'Team Settings' > 'Add Member' and add your team members email addresses. You can then set token limits and booking rules as you wish if part of a paid 'Team' plan.
How much does a workspace cost?: Our workspaces vary in costs, hence why we use a token system. Hot desks start from one token and private spaces start from four tokens. Get in touch to discuss our token plan recommendations for different team sizes.
What if my team has not used all of our tokens?: Don’t worry! You can roll forward unused tokens. You can roll over tokens up to the total number of tokens in your upcoming plan. For example, if your next month’s plan is 25 tokens you can roll forward 25 tokens into the next month.
What if my team is looking for a regular space?: To book a recurring space for your team please get in touch with us at [email protected]
How do I set usage limits?: This is a feature of the paid 'Teams' plan only. But limits can be easily set and updated from within the 'Team Settings' section of your account.
What if I want to freeze or cancel my subscription?: You can cancel your plan at any time from within the platform. If you want to freeze your subscription then email us at [email protected]
