MYO King's Cross is a stunning building just a few minutes' walk from the station, with two gyms and a lovely communal top floor featuring a rooftop terrace and views over King's Cross. What stands out is the natural light, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, and the high-end fit-out throughout. The feel is professional, high-end and calm, with great amenities including the two gyms, bike storage, a towel service and showers. There aren't many serviced options in King's Cross with larger enterprise units, so it's a great choice for bigger teams after a high-end space right in the centre.
About Myo King’s Cross
Myo King's Cross is MYO's largest workspace, an 80,000 sq ft flex office on York Way run by MYO, the flexible-workspace brand owned and managed by Landsec. It spans two connected buildings, the Printworks and the Glasshouse, and opened in 2025.
The space was designed by SODA Studio and runs from small studio suites up to five enterprise suites of around 100 desks each, which can be combined for teams of 200-plus. Larger suites come with their own in-built meeting rooms, kitchens and private terraces, and offices can be combined for bigger teams.
Every office is serviced and all-inclusive on a short, simple contract, with sit-stand desks as standard, super-fast wifi, a boutique concierge team and a curated programme of wellbeing, cultural and networking events.
Shared amenities include two members-only gyms, end-of-trip cycle storage with changing rooms and showers, two wellness rooms that double as prayer or mothering rooms, and communal terraces, a lounge and a feature bar with views towards the St Pancras towers.
