The Leather Market occupies a restored 19th-century tannery in North Bermondsey. Originally The London Leather, Hide and Wool Exchange, the building retains a lavish exterior with intricate carved roundels depicting aspects of the tannery trade. It now provides office space and studios for teams of 2 to 300 people.
The building has recently been refreshed with modern communal areas, phone booths and an outdoor space with new pergolas. Its renovated ground-floor area includes an on-site reception team, snug nooks and indoor lounges furnished with sofas and armchairs. The adjacent Taper Studios wing offers a more private setting, with mezzanine spaces and access to the wider communal facilities.
Every office is flexible, with space for businesses to create their own working environment.
