Spanning four floors of a converted warehouse, Clockwise Edinburgh Leith offers open plan and beautifully designed offices that are fully serviced. Suitable for businesses of all sizes, this is a great option for growing companies who need professional workspaces and flexibility with monthly rolling contracts. One fee covers everything; rent, reception cover, cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities and WiFi.
There are offices of varying size, from 2 desks to a whole floor. There are also Club Lounge and Dedicated Desk memberships for those who aren’t yet ready for an office.
Offices can be occupied at speed, with as little as 24 hours from enquiry to move in. They come fully furnished with access to large mixed-use breakout areas; lounges for relaxing or informal conversations, kitchens with coffee and tea, telephone booths for private calls and communal tables for collaboration.
There are also 2 bookable meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 15 with A/V for conferencing. An onsite café is open Monday to Friday offering hot and cold food, teas, coffees and other drinks. There’s also a micro-brewery, Lost in Leith on site with an outside terrace.
Clockwise Edinburgh Leith is brilliantly located at the centre of vibrant Leith, just a 10-minute drive to Edinburgh city centre and 23 minutes from Edinburgh airport. The Shore is just a two-minute walk and the Ocean Terminal shopping centre is under 10 minutes away.
