Innovation House is a longstanding, popular Wokingham business centre, conveniently located just off Molly Millars Lane. We are just a short walk from Wokingham town centre and Wokingham railway station, with free parking onsite for tenants and visitors.

A great range of high quality, modern and newly refurbished serviced office space is on offer. There are suites with brand new air con. You will find all types of office from the smaller 1-2 person office, to 20 desk offices with incorporated meeting rooms or managers’ offices within. As a fully serviced office, pricing is all-inclusive: it includes broadband/wifi, cleaning, utilities, desks/chairs, kitchens, coffee/tea/milk, keys and 24/7 access. Internet is excellent.
Reception is manned during weekdays. This centre benefits from secure access to the building via your own app, and CCTV for additional security.
