About Labs House
LABS House is LABS' flagship building in Holborn, spanning nine floors of design-led coworking and private office space at 15-19 Bloomsbury Way. It is one of four LABS buildings on the Holborn campus, alongside 90 High Holborn, Hogarth House and Southampton Place.
The ground floor is home to Cafe Botanical, an all-day cafe and lounge serving organic, plant-based food, coffee and cocktails. Upstairs, the 7th floor Sky Lounge is a double-height event space with panoramic skyline views, with a bar run by Cafe Botanical.
Private offices run from around 2 desks up to a full floor of 100-plus people, and LABS can combine offices for larger teams. There are 16 meeting rooms on site, plus an on-site gym, showers and secure bike storage.
LABS House is a short walk from Holborn Underground station, putting it between the West End and the City, close to Covent Garden and the British Museum.
