108 Cannon Street is a modern office building located in the City of London EC4. It was acquired in 2016 by James and has been comprehensively refurbished and extended by Morrow + Lorraine. The building offers 38,800 sq ft of space with a mix of amenities such as bike storage, shower facilities and a communal roof terrace. In 2022, the new Bank Station will open directly opposite 108 Cannon Street, making it even more accessible to commuters.

The project achieved full planning consent for the refurbishment and extension of the 1980s City office building. This included transforming the street presence with a contemporary design that stands out from its surroundings. The works were completed under a Two Stage Design and Construct basis which involved full strip-out of the building before any construction began.
