A historic building - very stlish with lots of brickwork. There's a nice cafe with a seating area as you walk in, some breakout space and a courtyard outside. The floors are long, with breakout space between the units and phone booths dotted around, plus meeting rooms on site. Units come unfurnished and completely customisable, and some already have meeting rooms built in.
About Brickfields
Brickfields is a converted metalworks factory in Hoxton, run by Workspace. The industrial character has been kept: a steel-frame interior, exposed brick and high ceilings, with offices and studios arranged around a large glass-roofed central atrium and ribbon staircase.
The atrium is the heart of the building, fitted out with sofas and long communal tables and lit by natural light, and there are two courtyards plus landscaped gardens outside. On the ground floor is Kiln by Franze & Evans, an East London cafe serving coffee, brunch and lunch, with wine and beer too.
Offices and studios run from around 4 desks up to full floors for 50-plus, on flexible terms, and adjacent units can be combined for larger teams. Each space is self-contained, with 24-hour access, a staffed reception, a passenger lift, showers and secure cycle racks.
Brickfields was designed to BREEAM Excellent standard and is one of Workspace's more sustainable buildings. Membership also includes access to Workspace's London-wide community events programme across its 60-plus buildings.
